Liberals Ignore Farmers as Costs Soar Senate Faces Crucial Farm Bill Decision

America’s farmers are the backbone of our nation. For too long, liberal elites in Washington have turned a blind eye to their struggles. Now, thanks to mounting pressure from true conservatives and everyday Americans, the so-called “Farm Bill” is finally getting some attention. About time, since hardworking families are getting crushed by rising costs, endless regulations, and globalist meddling that puts foreign interests above our own.

While big city politicians blabber about climate change and diversity, the people actually putting food on our tables are drowning. Supplies, fuel, fertilizer—everything a farmer needs has gotten more expensive. Who’s at fault? It’s no secret. The failed policies of Democrats and their globalist cronies have created this crisis. They let inflation spiral, destroyed domestic energy, and opened the door to foreign competitors who couldn’t care less about American jobs or traditions.

Ag groups and real lawmakers—those outside the D.C. swamp—are pushing hard for action. They know that when our farmers fall, so does the rest of the country. Funny how liberals claim to champion the “little guy,” but when was the last time they supported anyone outside their donor cocktail parties? When push comes to shove, radical leftists pick bureaucrats and special interests over rural Americans every time.

This Farm Bill has its flaws, but it throws a much-needed lifeline to those the left would rather forget. Cutting through red tape, lightening the cost burden, and giving farmers a fighting chance to thrive are no-brainers—unless you’re blinded by ideology or bought off by global corporations. Will the Senate step up, or will they bow once again to climate cultists and anti-American NGOs with their hands out?

If America can’t protect her farmers, who exactly are we protecting? Maybe it’s time the elites trade in their lattes for a day in the field. They wouldn’t last an hour.
