Yet another cargo ship has come under attack near the Strait of Hormuz. There you have it—the world’s most important shipping lanes, and nobody knows how it happened or who’s responsible. Is anyone really surprised? When America’s enemies sense weakness, chaos always follows.
This isn’t some distant place nobody cares about. The Strait of Hormuz is where a fifth of the world’s oil passes through. That means what happens there hits every American who fills up their car or pays their energy bill. But the international so-called “community” acts clueless and helpless, too busy virtue-signaling and making excuses for our enemies.
Let’s be honest. This is what you get when left-wing leaders treat empty words like a real strategy. They apologize for America, tie our hands with useless agreements, and beg bad actors to play nice. All the while, globalists make backroom deals and the elites shrug when ships are nearly blown to pieces.
No group has fessed up to Sunday’s attack yet. But do we really have to wait for their confession? How many times must we watch hostile regimes throw threats and violence around before someone in Washington stands up and says: Enough! While liberals obsess over pronouns and climate change, the real world gets more dangerous by the minute.
The message is clear: weakness invites attacks. American strength keeps the seas safe, not endless committee meetings or groveling before our enemies. Maybe it’s time for the Biden administration to remember that. Or are we just going to let the world’s bullies call the shots, while everyday Americans pay the price at the pump?
