Iran’s economy just hit rock bottom—and no one should act surprised. For years, the Tehran regime has bullied its own people, funded terrorists, and thumbed its nose at basic freedoms. Now, all that corruption and arrogance are crashing down. The numbers do not lie. Iran has rolled past the point of no return. Its economy is on the brink of a collapse so total, it could wipe away decades of blood money and dictatorship.
This is what happens when a nation spends more on missiles and terror cells than on bread and jobs. The ayatollahs were always quick to fund wars in the Middle East while ordinary Iranians begged for work and dignity. Liberals in America and Europe cheered on Iran’s “deal” with the West, handing out pallets of cash and empty praise. Where did that money go? Not to the people. Not to peace. It lined the pockets of radicals and paid for bombs.
Global elites told us that lifting sanctions would make Iran a “responsible player.” Instead, we got more hostages, more threats, and more chaos. Now, after years of failed diplomacy—brought to you by Obama and his globalist cheerleaders—Iran is finally choking on its own poison. The left pretends it’s not their mess. But they helped build this disaster with weak leadership and naïve trust in dictators.
Of course, the big question on everyone’s mind: will Iran’s collapse bring peace? History says not likely. Desperate regimes often lash out. Iran’s rulers hold power by violence, not consent. When the money dries up, who suffers? The Iranian people, again, crushed by the greed of their own leaders and the blindness of Western liberals. The world should stand with those people, not the corrupt regime that lies to them every day.
America must stay strong and clear-eyed. When you reward evil, you get more evil. Liberals are always ready to bow to tyrants in the hope that weakness will buy goodwill. It never does. Iran’s collapse is a warning for the world. Weakness invites disaster. Has anyone over at the State Department learned a thing? Or will they keep writing checks to tyrants while pretending it’s for peace?
