Michigan deserves better than another coastal elitist who tells one story to the media and another to voters back home.
McMorrow’s memoir is riddled with lies about her move from California to Michigan. The facts show she voted in California years after telling people she was settled in the Great Lakes State. This is the same woman who deletes thousands of old tweets, desperately trying to cover up a long history of mocking the Midwest, belittling Michigan values, and bashing the auto industry—the beating heart of her new home. If that isn’t a slap in the face to every Michigander, what is?
Instead of owning up, McMorrow whines in a national interview and doubles down on her coastal elitism, insisting that rural Americans are the ones who need to get educated—by people like her, of course. It’s no surprise that after the left whipped up weeks of rage and violence—including an attempted assassination of President Trump and his Cabinet—she keeps pouring gas on the fire by comparing Trump to Nazis. Let’s be clear: using hateful, dehumanizing language is exactly the kind of rhetoric that has sparked political violence, and McMorrow’s party is the worst offender.
But the real kicker? While Democrats like McMorrow are busy accusing conservatives of being extremists, their own party is championing Graham Platner—a man with a literal Nazi tattoo on his chest. You read that right. The left calls everyone they don’t like a Nazi while standing arm-in-arm with a guy whose body art says it all. But because he’s a Democrat, his extremism gets a free pass. Rules for thee, but not for me!
The left thinks voters are too stupid to notice their double standards, their contempt for middle America, and their attempts to rewrite reality every time they get caught. Michiganders should demand real leadership—not condescending frauds who rewrite their résumés and pander to globalist interests. If Democrats want to keep playing make-believe, maybe it’s time voters showed them the door. Why should Michigan trust a party that can’t even call out real hate when it’s staring them right in the face?
