Eric Swalwell’s legal mess just got worse, and nobody in the liberal media wants to talk about it. Here we have a guy who loved lecturing Americans about “ethics” and “values,” and now he’s caught up in a scandal worthy of a Hollywood trainwreck. The same Democrats who once cheered him on for his anti-Trump rants are now ducking for cover, hoping the public ignores what’s really happening behind the scenes.
It’s not just about political hypocrisy anymore. This is a Democrat who actually resigned from Congress after multiple women accused him of rape and sexual assault. And just when you think it couldn’t get any sleazier, we find out that he allegedly sent disturbing, sexually explicit videos of himself on Snapchat to more than one woman. If a Republican did this, it would be front page news around the globe. But since it’s a high-profile Democrat, the left-wing media yawns.
This isn’t some mild misstep or embarrassing text message. We’re looking at serious allegations that slam right into the face of the so-called progressive “morality police.” Liberals always rush to judge conservatives on every perceived fault, barking nonstop about “protecting women” and “holding men accountable.” But when it’s one of their own, it’s crickets. They hide, spin, and distract while turning a blind eye to their own rotten apples.
It’s no wonder everyday Americans are sick and tired of these globalist elites preaching at us, while they do whatever they want behind closed doors. Swalwell tried to sell himself as a hero of democracy—a man for the people. Turns out he couldn’t even control himself online, much less keep his personal life together. This is the same crowd that cheers open borders, tramples on traditional values, and then acts shocked when their own get exposed for sick behavior.
If Democrats won’t take out the trash in their own party, why should anyone ever trust their judgment? Maybe the real “threat to democracy” is the double standard, the corruption, and the cover-ups happening in the shadows of their so-called leadership. Just how many scandals will it finally take before Americans say enough is enough?
