The Supreme Court has, once again, decided to play politics with the lives of the American people. On Monday, instead of standing up for real justice and protecting the unborn, the justices caved and temporarily hit the brakes on a lower-court order that would have stopped the reckless mailing of the abortion pill, mifepristone. For now, the same old Biden-backed FDA rules will remain in place — allowing this dangerous chemical to be shipped to mailboxes around the country, no questions asked.
It’s no surprise the left is celebrating. They want abortion on demand, no matter the risks. Liberal politicians and unelected bureaucrats turn a blind eye to medical facts, so they can score political points with their radical base and their globalist donors. Apparently, pushing dangerous drugs through the postal service is the hill they want to die on. This is what “progress” looks like to the Democrats — less safety, less oversight, more chaos.
Rather than restoring common sense, the Supreme Court’s administrative stay just kicks the can down the road. This isn’t a victory for women; it’s a win for big pharma and abortion activists who profit off pain. The American people know exactly what’s going on here. Once again, unelected health czars at the FDA are running the show, completely unaccountable to families who actually value life.
Liberals love pretending they’re the party of science, but when it comes to abortion pills flying through the mail, suddenly they couldn’t care less about safety. They don’t want doctors involved, they don’t want parents involved, and they certainly don’t want to tell the public the truth about the risks. If a handful of activist judges can keep the killing business running while ignoring real medical standards, what does that say about our so-called “justice” system?
Make no mistake — every single one of these decisions chips away at the God-given value of human life. Will anyone in Washington ever find the courage to defend the most vulnerable? Or will we let blue-state elites and their globalist buddies keep making the rules for the rest of us? The Supreme Court had a chance to stand up. Instead, they played it safe and punted. How long will Americans put up with this cowardice?
