California’s liberal overlords are at it again, this time trying to push State Farm out of the state over so-called mishandling of wildfire claims in Los Angeles. State Farm, the nation’s biggest home insurer, is now staring down the barrel of a license suspension – and not because they did anything criminal, but because they refused to play by Sacramento’s ever-changing, impossible rules.
Let’s get one thing straight: it’s Democrats who run California into the ground with reckless, anti-business policies. Now, after years of stoking wildfires with environmental red tape that blocks forest management, they want to blame hardworking insurers whenever disaster strikes. They create the chaos, then go hunt for scapegoats to distract from their failures.
When wildfires burn down entire neighborhoods, the liberal answer is always more regulations, more lawsuits, and more attacks on the free market. Instead of helping families rebuild, California politicians go after the companies that make recovery possible. These same politicians back globalist climate fantasies while their own citizens are left without homes and without real help. It’s more important to them to show off their power than to solve the actual problems they helped create.
State Farm isn’t perfect, but neither is any company trying to operate in the liberal circus that is California. The truth is, the left wants to punish any business that doesn’t bend the knee to their woke, green agenda. They make doing business in California almost impossible, and then wonder why companies leave, jobs vanish, and disasters get worse every year. Who would want to insure anything in a state that treats private companies like criminals for trying to survive?
California loves to find a villain for every crisis. But maybe it’s time voters wake up and realize the real villains are the same liberal elites wrecking their own backyard. If California keeps attacking the companies that keep people afloat, who’s going to be left to pick up the pieces when the next fire comes roaring through? The people of California deserve better than leaders who only know how to point fingers and destroy what’s left of the American dream.
