Here we go again—liberal media rolling out another made-up moral panic because they have nothing better to do. After a spring packed with deadly tornadoes and a hurricane that nearly wiped Bat Cave, North Carolina off the map, what does big network news decide is the real threat? Not the Democrats’ chronic failure to fund FEMA for over 70 days. Not the thousands of Americans left stranded, praying for help. Nope. The real enemy, they say, is a handful of white nationalists handing out bottled water.
That’s right—the talking heads spent precious airtime demonizing some fringe group with hardly any supporters, calling them disaster tourists and darkly hinting at conspiracies. Funny how nobody outside a few DC-based “watchdogs” even knew these people existed until suddenly, network TV acts like they run the world. Maybe it’s because the left has to invent monsters wherever possible to distract from real leftist failures, like actual Americans going without disaster relief right now—all while progressives squabble about pronouns on Capitol Hill and let FEMA dry up. But that’s a story they’ll never cover.
What’s even more laughable is the way liberal non-profits are now caught with their own hands dirty. The same so-called anti-racist groups screaming about hate have reportedly been exposed funneling money into chaos, just to keep their grift going. It’s the oldest trick in the book—create a crisis, then pretend to sell the cure. Maybe that’s why this story got pulled; when the left’s favorite watchdogs get busted helping out the very bigots they claim to fight, it gets a little embarrassing.
Watch closely—every time the government drops the ball, the media tries to point fingers anywhere but at their blue-haired Democrat overlords. They’ll ignore local heroes who step up for their neighbors. Instead, they obsess over some gym club in the woods, as if those guys are the only ones who ever helped after a disaster. It’s insulting to the actual men and women on the ground, the real volunteers who don’t fit the left’s narrative.
Let’s call it what it is: a pathetic attempt to dodge accountability. The ruling class always needs a new villain, while regular Americans wait for help that never comes. Maybe if Democrats spent less time hunting for Nazis and more time doing their jobs, families in tornado alley wouldn’t be left out in the cold. But the circus must go on. After all, if there’s one thing you can count on, it’s that the left would rather scare you than serve you. When will the American people say they’ve had enough?
