It’s becoming nauseatingly clear: the Left will do anything to bully those who dare defend life. Even when the Supreme Court smacks them down—unanimously—they just double down, running roughshod over the Constitution and anyone who won’t kneel to their abortion-at-all-costs agenda.
Look at New Jersey’s Attorney General, wasting years—and your taxpayer dollars—on a crusade against First Choice Pregnancy Resource Centers. This pro-life group offers support to expectant moms, but that’s too “dangerous” for radical Democrats in power. So, the AG demanded a laundry list of private First Choice documents, even donor names and staff files—just hoping to intimidate anyone who dares to stand up for life. All this, despite zero evidence of wrongdoing, zero consumer complaints, and not a single donor claiming they were tricked by First Choice.
When First Choice fought back, lower courts sided with the ever-expanding state. But the Supreme Court, in a rare bit of clarity, ruled 9-0: First Choice has every right to take on this witch hunt in federal court. You’d think that would end the harassment. But no. Hours after the ruling, the New Jersey AG’s office asked their friends in state court to push through those subpoenas anyway—before federal judges can step in to defend our freedoms.
This is banana republic stuff. First Amendment rights mean nothing to the woke Left if you’re on the wrong side of their cult. Remember, the Supreme Court even called out the nonsense—no one ever complained about First Choice, and it’s laughable to say anyone thought a pro-life center was handing out abortions. But the AG presses on, hoping to force pro-life supporters into silence and break their will. It’s political revenge—plain and simple.
Why is the government acting like a mafia enforcer, demanding donor lists and threatening pro-life charities unless they bow down? Because the Left can’t stand anyone who resists their radical, globalist push to cheapen life and erase moral values. They’re more interested in weaponizing government offices than protecting liberty. If they can trample on First Choice, who’s next?
It’s time to fight back. Americans need to wake up and call out these partisan hacks for what they are: anti-free speech, anti-faith, and anti-American. The Supreme Court gave us a lifeline—will we stand on principle, or let power-hungry bureaucrats bully the rest of us into submission? The future of liberty is on the line; when will these leftist zealots learn they’re not above the Constitution?
