A Texas man’s firearm rights were under attack just for using marijuana — but the justices saw right through the nonsense.
This is what real freedom looks like. Liberals and their globalist friends want a disarmed America. They’ll use any excuse, from weed to what you had for breakfast, to strip law-abiding citizens of their God-given right to protect themselves. Their twisted logic says if you light up a joint, you forfeit your Second Amendment rights. Only leftist bureaucrats in D.C. could dream up such insanity.
But the Supreme Court, in a rare moment of unity, forced respect for our founding principles. They made it clear: regular marijuana use, like it or not, doesn’t suddenly make you a criminal who should be deprived of basic rights. The Constitution doesn’t bend just because politicians want a softer, more obedient public. The left’s attack on gun ownership isn’t about safety—it’s about control.
There’s no room in America for faceless federal agencies deciding which law-abiding citizens get to own firearms. If the anti-gun crowd had their way, they’d take every legal loophole and weaponize it against good Americans. They’d have big government making our choices and treating personal freedom as a privilege instead of a right.
The left couldn’t stand this ruling. They keep trying to rewrite the rules, hoping we’ll all get used to shrinking freedoms. Not today. Maybe the left should worry more about actual criminals walking the streets than about gun owners in Texas who want to protect their families.
