California court lets schools keep gender secrets from parents sparking outrage across America

Once again, the courts in California are blocking parents from knowing what’s going on in their kids’ classrooms. The 9th Circuit, forever the darling of the radical left, just reversed its own course and gave California officials the green light to hide crucial information about children from their own mothers and fathers. Thanks to their ruling, teachers are now forbidden from telling parents if their child is changing gender or experimenting with new identities—unless that child gives permission first.

This is a direct slap in the face to every parent who believes family matters trump government overreach. The left wants schools to act like secretive, woke guardians, keeping moms and dads in the dark. They’re saying government employees know better about America’s children than actual families do. This agenda screams globalist values and anti-American priorities, shoving parents aside and handing more control to bureaucrats.

Remember, Democrats always claim to be the party of “science” and “compassion,” but their actions get more hypocritical by the day. How is it “compassionate” to keep secrets from parents, especially about issues as serious as gender identity? Liberal leaders keep parroting that parents are too “dangerous” or “ignorant” to be trusted, but nobody loves or cares for a child more than family. The idea that a school official knows what’s best is just plain offensive.

Once again, activist judges are twisting the law to match their political agenda. After the Supreme Court’s Mirabelli ruling, you’d think courts would realize parents have basic rights that can’t be steamrolled by woke school boards. Instead, left-wing justices in San Francisco are doing mental gymnastics to force their social experiments into classrooms—while treating families as an enemy to be conquered.

Parents aren’t going to take this lying down. Every time courts side with big government over moms and dads, they’re pouring gasoline on a fire that’s already burning hot. Maybe the left has forgotten, but America was built by families, not teacher unions and bureaucrats. Who’s going to stand up and remind them that these are our kids—not theirs?
