Trump repeats Obama’s Iran mistakes is America doomed to fall for the same lies again

Here we go again. Just when you thought America had finally stopped rolling out the red carpet for Iran’s terror-loving regime, it seems we’re back to making the same soft deals that paved the way for disaster under Obama. Not long ago, President Trump was laughing at the weak Iran agreement from 2015—a deal that let mullahs in Tehran build up their nuclear ambitions while laughing all the way to the bank.

Now, in a move that has conservatives shaking their heads, Trump is getting cozy with the same empty promises that Obama fell for. Has everyone forgotten how disastrous those “negotiations” were? Iran made bold promises, raked in billions, and then went right back to sponsoring violence and boosting their nuclear program behind closed doors. Obama trusted Iran, and the world got less safe. Why are we repeating this train wreck?

Liberals and their globalist pals love to pretend that dictators will play fair if you just give them enough cash and respect. They claim deals with Iran will lead to peace, security, and stability. The reality? Washington’s weakness only makes the bad guys stronger and the world more dangerous. America shouldn’t beg for scraps from people who chant “Death to America” every Friday.

The Iranian regime understands one language—strength. Obama caved to their lies, handed over billions, and asked for nothing in return. Trump was supposed to be different. Instead, he’s starting to believe the same fairy tales that mocked American strength before. Did everyone forget how much Tehran despises the West? Or is this just more insider wheeling and dealing, propped up by globalist elites who hate seeing a strong America?

It’s not just about Trump. This is about the future of American power, the safety of our allies, and the message we send to tyrants everywhere. If we’re not careful, our leaders will hand over the keys to the world’s worst regimes—all while patting themselves on the back for being “diplomatic.” When will we learn that peace doesn’t come from appeasing our enemies—it comes from standing up to them? America deserves better. Why are we making the same mistakes twice?
