Once again, the Left’s favorite COVID czar is on the hot seat. Sen. Rand Paul isn’t letting Dr. Anthony Fauci off the hook so easily. America deserves answers, and now Fauci is staring down a subpoena to testify about what really happened in Wuhan, China. It’s about time someone forced honesty out of these unelected bureaucrats.
For years, elites in Washington have shielded Fauci from tough questions. The media worshipped him and liberals turned him into a saint. They told us to “trust the science,” but kept the real science locked away behind closed doors. Now Rand Paul is ready to smash those doors down. He wants to know if Fauci lied to Congress about gain-of-function research—the kind of dangerous experiments that could turn a simple virus into a global disaster.
Let’s not forget, Fauci’s office sent American tax dollars over to the Wuhan lab. This isn’t a tinfoil hat conspiracy—this is fact. At best, Fauci played fast and loose with the truth. At worst, he carried water for globalist interests who cared more about covering up a lab leak than protecting the people who actually pay their salaries.
The Left has spent years tossing around words like “misinformation” to silence people who dared to ask these questions. Every time someone brought up the lab, Big Tech and liberal media tried to shut them down. Funny how “fact-checkers” never check the facts that matter. They just protect their own.
Will Fauci finally be held accountable? Or will the Democrat machine do what it always does—make sure one of their darlings escapes consequence, while everyday Americans pay the price? It’s time to stop worshiping these so-called science gods and start demanding the truth, no matter how uncomfortable it might be for the liberal elite.
