The circus that is New York City politics just can’t stop embarrassing itself. Now, Dan Goldman—the Democrats’ golden boy in New York—finds himself drowning right before the crucial NYC primary. It’s not just the usual corruption and incompetence haunting him. The far-left mob is tearing their own party apart, and it’s frankly a sight to see.
Look no further than the 13th Congressional District. Here, incumbent Rep. Adriano Espaillat is defending his seat from a challenger straight out of the far-left fantasy playbook. Darializa Avila Chevalier is a Democratic socialist who calls herself a community organizer, and she’s caught the backing of infamous troublemaker Zohran Mamdani and his leftist crew. The radicals are circling, and they’re hungry for power.
Does anyone actually think New Yorkers want more socialism? City streets are covered in crime and needles, housing costs are sky-high, and the only solution these leftists have is more reckless spending and bizarre social experiments. The Democrat machine created this mess, and now they can’t control their own monster.
Meanwhile, Goldman and the establishment keep trying to cozy up to every special interest in sight. They’ll pander to globalists, open-border activists, and every woke cause they can name, but when it’s time to actually help everyday Americans, they run for cover. Hypocrisy is the new Democrat trademark, and it’s putting real Americans at risk.
If the best “leadership” New York can offer is a battle between corrupt hacks and clueless socialists, the city is already lost. How much longer will voters let these liberal elites play games with their future?
