Without a shred of hesitation, she dragged a grieving father into a conversation that had absolutely nothing to do with the murder case at hand. She ranted about things the victim’s father supposedly said on a podcast, unleashing a flood of divisive and ugly accusations for the world to hear. Even Whoopi Goldberg, hardly a beacon of journalistic integrity herself, had to step in and shut it down before things spiraled even further.

This is not just careless. It’s a calculated attempt by a liberal talk show to smear people and stoke racial tensions. Hostin has a track record of tiptoeing up to the legal line, hiding behind so-called “on-air corrections” after spouting off false or sensational claims. She knows her words can do damage, but she seems addicted to the drama and never faces any real accountability. Someone should remind her: defamation is still illegal in America, no matter how many media elites laugh it off in their Manhattan studios.

Let’s be clear—none of this had anything to do with the actual murder in Frisco, Texas. A young man named Austin Metcalf was killed, his killer was found guilty, and justice was served. But the left can’t resist hijacking tragedies to push their narrative. Instead of respecting the process, they dig up unrelated gossip and twist it for political gain, hoping viewers at home will forget about the real issues. It’s media malpractice, plain and simple.

The hypocrisy is breathtaking. Imagine, for one second, if a conservative host went on TV and started speculating wildly about the families of crime victims based on internet chatter or third-hand rumors. The left would howl for lawsuits, firings, and boycotts. But when it’s their own, there’s always an excuse. As long as you’re preaching the “woke” gospel, the rules simply don’t apply.

How long will the liberal media let this circus continue? How many families and reputations need to be trashed on national television before someone finally takes these rabid leftist hosts to court? Maybe it’s time to find out.
