While Israeli troops had momentum, America’s so-called tough dealmaker told Netanyahu to halt the fight, trusting empty promises from fanatics with blood on their hands. All for some “peace deal” written in good faith—while Hamas laughed in the world’s face.
If you give hardened terrorists a list of demands and a ticking clock, only to back down when they call your bluff, you don’t get peace. You get emboldened enemies. Trump gave Hamas a deadline, vowing dire consequences if they refused his deal. Guess what happened? The deadline passed, Hamas spit on the agreement, and nobody hunted down a single terrorist leader. Predictable. The only thing weaker than globalists begging for peace is a president who lays out ultimatums and doesn’t follow through.
This disaster puts a giant warning label on every starry-eyed “memorandum of understanding” with Iran or any other terror state. The left and their media buddies love these photo-op negotiations. But deals with madmen are worthless unless you actually enforce them. Instead, this administration’s “peace plan” did nothing but give Hamas exactly what they wanted: a break in the fighting and more time to regroup. Meanwhile, Israel was left stuck in the mud, told to trust people whose main exports are rockets and propaganda videos.
Liberals love claiming that deals fix everything—they ignore hard truths simply because it hurts their narrative. They’ll always blame Israel’s self-defense, never the terrorists hiding behind children and schools. Trump’s desperate push for a flashy deal with Hamas proves he cares more about headlines and ego than the security of our allies or our standing as the world’s last superpower. This is what happens when American policy is run by reality TV drama instead of ironclad principles.
So here’s the real question—does anyone on the left seriously still believe you can “negotiate” with terrorists? As long as America and Israel keep listening to the weak promises of hateful regimes, the only thing guaranteed is more violence and less respect. Peace can’t be made by caving to threats. When will our leaders admit that strength—not stalling—is what actually keeps our enemies in check?
