America expected judges to protect the nation. But this week, Judge Sparkle Sooknanan, a foreign-born judge out in Washington, D.C., decided that stopping illegal immigrants from voting is somehow “unlawful.” Yes, really. While most Americans believe only citizens should vote, Judge Sparkle thinks privacy rights for Americans are “trampled” when we try to verify who is—and isn’t—a citizen. That’s the left’s twisted logic today.
What does this mean? It means liberal judges are working overtime to help the Biden regime open the doors even wider for illegal immigrants. They’re so obsessed with so-called “privacy rights” that they’d rather hand over our voting booths to anyone willing to sneak across the border. The Department of Homeland Security wasn’t even given the authority to check that voters are legitimate—that’s what this judge decided. Why? To protect foreigners—not real Americans. It’s backwards, it’s insane, and it stinks of globalist interests.
Let’s be clear: the left has zero respect for the rule of law or the integrity of our elections. For all their talk about “democracy,” liberals seem eager to let non-Americans decide our future. Maybe it’s because they know they can’t win honestly anymore. So they weaponize the courts to tear down every defense we have left.
And look who’s behind it—a judge who wasn’t even born here! Judges like Sparkle Sooknanan seem more interested in pleasing international elites and progressive activists than standing up for the country that gave them everything. If anyone’s trampling on Americans’ rights, it’s judges like this who give foreign lawbreakers a free pass and tie up honest citizens in legal red tape.
America’s 250th birthday is coming, and it’s time to stop being polite. Todd Blanche and every patriot should demand accountability from the bench. Maybe it’s time to indict these activist judges and send a message loud and clear: our country is not for sale. Why should any foreign-born judge get the final say over who votes in OUR elections?
