America was built on law and order, but lately, Democrats seem more interested in protecting lawbreakers than law-abiding citizens. Here’s the ugly truth the mainstream media tries to hide: yet another illegal immigrant has been arrested after using a so-called “gig economy” job to allegedly commit one of the most heinous crimes imaginable. In Miami, a woman thought she was getting a ride home. Instead, she ended up drugged, kidnapped, sexually assaulted, and waking up in a hospital. The accused? A man who shouldn’t have even been in this country, let alone driving for Uber.
The left loves to lecture us about “compassion” and calling people like this “undocumented migrants.” What about compassion for the American victims? What about the women who get into an Uber, trusting the system, and end up being taken advantage of by a criminal who never should have slipped through the cracks? It’s not just a failure of background checks or tech companies. This is what happens when our border policies are a joke, and Democrats put the rights of illegal immigrants above the safety of citizens.
And it’s not some rare “one-off” either. Uber reports thousands of sexual assaults in a single year, but no one in corporate America seems interested in releasing the most recent stats. Wonder why? Maybe it’s because the truth would shatter the narrative that open borders are harmless, or that Big Tech can police itself. Let’s not forget, it’s these same Democrats who voted against deporting illegal immigrants convicted of sex crimes. Is that what “progress” looks like—protecting predators at the expense of the public?
When law enforcement does finally catch one of these monsters, where are the apologies from the open borders crowd? Nowhere. Instead, we get radio silence from Uber, and more hand-wringing about how any call to secure the border is “racist.” Here’s what’s really racist: subjecting working class Americans—which includes immigrants here legally—to unchecked crime, just to win a few extra votes or keep the cheap labor flowing for the globalist class.
Maybe it’s time the left starts caring more about the innocent lives destroyed by their reckless policies than about scoring points with radical activists. Americans deserve safe streets—not cities where foreign criminals roam free thanks to corrupt, cowardly politicians. How many more victims will it take before liberals admit the truth?
