It’s reached a boiling point in America. One judge in Massachusetts now thinks she holds the keys to all 433 national parks. Yes, one unelected federal appointee wants more say over Yellowstone and Yosemite than the President of the United States himself. How did we get here? Because the left can’t accept losing, so their plan is always the same: run to the courts and stall, sabotage, and smother every piece of good conservative policy with “lawfare.”
President Trump is trying to restore sanity and common sense to our national parks. That means cleaning out decades of radical propaganda—anti-American messaging stuffed into museums and visitor centers by liberal bureaucrats and globalist activists. Taxpayers don’t want to fund endless guilt trips about how awful America supposedly is. They want to see Old Faithful, not hear lectures from climate hysterics and professional victims.
But what happens? The left finds a friendly Democrat judge and magically, every effort at cleaning up the parks is blocked. Does this judge think she’s a park ranger? Or is her real job to keep the left’s anti-patriotism alive and well in every corner of the country? This isn’t just about “preserving nature.” This is about preserving left-wing power in places that should unite Americans, not divide us.
Once again, Washington elites and their allies on the bench are acting like kings, not public servants. They’re not protecting our parks. They’re protecting their agenda. It’s not enough that they’ve hijacked our education system, our media, and our big cities—now they want to control what messages you see when you take your family to a national park.
Americans are exhausted by this endless barrage of lawsuits every time a Republican tries to fix something. Who elected this judge to decide what happens in Smoky Mountains or the Grand Canyon? No one. And that’s the problem. Maybe it’s time for the left to take a hike—and let Americans enjoy their own country.
