Yet, none of that bothers the so-called “champions of women’s rights.” Apparently, Platner checks off the most important box for Planned Parenthood: wanting to radically expand abortion, no matter the character of the man behind the policy.
Let that sink in. The nation’s largest abortion provider just picked Platner over a sitting Senator—Susan Collins—who is one of the very few Republicans to defend abortion access. Why? Because she dared to vote “yes” on Brett Kavanaugh for the Supreme Court. That’s it. Forget a record of bipartisan work, forget being a woman herself. The “sisters” of the Left would rather stand behind a man repeatedly accused of abusing women than forgive a single vote. The message is crystal clear: their idea of progress comes before principles, and protecting abortion is more important to them than protecting actual women.
Platner’s pitch is shameless. He touts a future where abortion, IVF, and universal healthcare are supposedly “freedoms” all Americans deserve—all while sheepishly talking about his own STI tests and personal messes. The crowd of “Women for Platner” at his rallies is nothing short of absurd. They’re willing to ignore a mountain of credible allegations just because he’s promising unchecked abortion on demand. Isn’t it ironic? The same activists who love to scream about “believing women” happily back the very man accused of destroying women’s lives—because he’s on their team.
If a Republican had even a fraction of Platner’s sketchy history, the media and the woke mob would crucify him. But when it’s a Democrat pushing the Left’s sacred cause, all is forgiven. That’s not just hypocrisy—it’s absolute contempt for the truth and for the victims who tried to speak out.
