Once again, New York has embarrassed itself on the national stage. The latest winner for State Senate isn’t just another out-of-touch socialist—she’s a full-blown Palestinian activist caught waving a Hamas headband and blaming America for the September 11 attacks. Yet somehow, with all this “progress,” New Yorkers decided to reward an open sympathizer of terrorists with a seat in their government.
Aber Kawas is no ordinary radical. This is someone who looked at the horrors of 9/11 and decided the real culprit was not the terrorists, but the United States itself—because of our love of capitalism and supposed “Islamophobia.” In the warped minds of the far left, every tragedy is just another excuse to bash America. You can feel the liberal hypocrisy oozing out of Albany. Imagine the outrage if a conservative even hinted at defending an extremist. But if you’re a socialist parading hate for your own country? Congratulations! You win an election in New York.
What does this say about the modern Democrat party? Their embrace of radicalism is disgusting. Socialist activists now get closer and closer to mainstream politics. They stand with globalist causes, trash American values, and cheer for our enemies. The message from New York liberals is clear: If you hate America enough, we’ll give you all the power you want.
Americans are tired of watching their cities overrun by extremist ideas. They’re tired of being told that loving your country is “problematic.” While city leaders waste time chasing after the votes of activists who despise America, everyday citizens are left picking up the pieces. Is this the “progressive future” Democrats keep promising—where 9/11 is our fault, and radicals draped in terrorist symbols hold public office?
This is what happens when far-left ideology goes unchecked. New Yorkers have opened their doors to a woman who makes excuses for terrorists and blames America for its own tragedies. Liberals keep talking about tolerance and diversity, but their real passion seems to be hating everything that makes our country great. Next time these so-called “progressives” lecture us about democracy, maybe someone should ask them why they keep voting for people who love our enemies.
