JPMorgan Chase just did what too many woke corporations refuse to do: they showed a DEI darling the door after catching her breaking the law. That’s right—one of the loudest DEI crusaders, who made a living off victimhood politics, took her “equity” obsession straight to the trash—the trashcan she decided to steal from, that is. The left preaches about fairness, but when it comes to following the same rules as everyone else, suddenly they seem to forget the definition.
It’s not a shock that this champion of “inclusion” figured she could take things that weren’t hers. After all, the whole DEI grift relies on rewarding people for boxes checked and grievances aired, not merit or honesty. This is where the left’s love for endless equity leads: rules for everyone else, but special treatment for their own. For too long, corporations have caved to activists and ignored the basic principles that built this country—hard work, personal responsibility, and integrity.
As usual, leftists scream about social justice until reality slaps them in the face. When you hire people because they yell the loudest about oppression, don’t be surprised when they turn around and make a mess of your company—sometimes literally, by raiding the office trash. It’s a perfect snapshot of progressive hypocrisy: “the system is rigged against me, so the rules don’t apply.”
The truth is, DEI isn’t about equality or fairness. It’s a scam imported from globalist universities, designed to divide Americans and reward bureaucrats who know all the right buzzwords. Ordinary people are sick of watching entitled “activists” get away with things the rest of us would be fired for in a heartbeat. Finally, JPMorgan Chase decided enough was enough.
Maybe more companies will wake up and realize that the DEI experiment only leads to lowered standards and lawbreaking. Isn’t it time we put character before quotas? How many more trashcan heists do we have to see before the woke crowd is called out for what they really are—self-serving hypocrites?
