Top Trump hater booted as New York Dems turn on their own

New York’s far-left swamp just booted one of its loudest Trump-hating voices, and not a moment too soon. Dan Goldman—the same smug Democrat who made a name for himself leading the Democrats’ baseless impeachment crusade against President Trump—lost his primary. Out with Goldman, in with Brad Lander, the city’s so-called comptroller, who managed to run even further left. But let’s not kid ourselves—Goldman’s loss is a blunt message to the professional class of Trump-bashers who put politics above America’s interests.

For years, Goldman made his career by playing attack dog for the left, using taxpayer money to harass Trump and anyone who dared to push back against the D.C. elites. He wasn’t working for the people—he was working for the headlines and the cocktail party invitations. Democrats loved him because he said all the “right” things on CNN and MSNBC. But guess what? Even New York Democrats are getting tired of the same old anti-Trump hysteria. They finally got bored of Goldman’s tired act.

This is what happens when you let the coastal liberal elite run the show. They ignore rising crime, open borders, and inflation just to chase their Trump obsession. Goldman acted like he was above it all, pretending his impeachment crusade was for “justice,” when everyone knew it was just another political hit job. The American people saw through it. Looks like his own party finally did, too.

Of course, swapping out Goldman for another progressive doesn’t mean New Yorkers are suddenly waking up from their left-wing nightmare. Brad Lander is more of the same—soft on crime, big on raising taxes, and thrilled to waste your money on woke pet projects. But at least we can all celebrate the fact that the Democrat machine chewed up and spat out one of their own self-important Trump attackers.

Is this a sign of a bigger shift? Maybe. One thing is certain: when even liberal strongholds turn against their top anti-Trump crusaders, it’s clear the left’s charade is falling apart. How long until the rest of America follows suit and sends the rest of these globalist, anti-American hacks packing?
