But just as Americans finally began waking up to how ridiculous—no, dangerous—these DEI schemes really are, a new version of this madness tries to sneak in. This time, it’s hiding behind the shiny new mask of so-called “artificial intelligence.” Don’t be fooled. These aren’t the helpful robots that Hollywood promised. Instead, liberal elites rig AI with the same twisted assumptions that fueled DEI. Once again, it’s less about hiring the best candidate, and more about checking the right social boxes.
Liberals and their globalist pals love to pretend AI is objective, a neutral tool that makes everything fair. But in reality, they’ve programmed their latest pet robot to reward the same divisive, race-based thinking. These woke tech systems sort and select workers based on identity over ability—just like DEI did—with all the disastrous consequences. The American office is being turned into an experiment for leftist social engineering, except now, the sorting hat is a machine built by the same utopian dreamers who already broke our institutions.
This isn’t just annoying. It’s un-American. Our country was built on rewarding grit, hard work, and real achievement, not appeasing the latest feelings of some overpaid consultant. Letting biased, liberal-built AI choose our leaders and coworkers is just handing over control to the same crowd who already failed when they took a sledgehammer to merit in the name of “equity.” The regular worker gets less opportunity; the only winners are activists and overpaid big tech cronies bent on re-wiring our values.
Are Americans supposed to sit back and watch their jobs go to the unqualified just because the new sorting system is dressed up in code instead of HR jargon? Not a chance. Whether it’s DEI in a suit or AI in a hoodie, the left will always find new ways to push their agenda—and trample over true American values. When will this foolishness end? Maybe when we finally pull the plug on their broken systems.
