The leftist media has hit a new low, and unfortunately, Rep. Kat Cammack is the latest target. In a disgusting display of shamelessness, so-called journalists grabbed a deeply personal story—her own terrifying battle with a rare, life-threatening ectopic pregnancy—and twisted it into a political weapon. Even after Cammack asked for the story to be delayed for her family’s safety, the left-wing press plowed ahead, proving once again that nothing is sacred and no one is safe from their agenda.
Let’s get one thing straight: treating an ectopic pregnancy is not, and never has been, an abortion. Doctors have used medications like methotrexate for decades to save women’s lives when a pregnancy turns fatal. No medical organization in America—even Planned Parenthood—calls this procedure abortion. Still, the left insists on lumping it all together, crying crocodile tears and painting pro-life laws as cruel, just to push their own radical narrative.
The media’s hypocrisy knows no bound. On one hand, these activists with press badges scream about “misinformation.” On the other, they do everything possible to blur the lines, pretend every uterine procedure is an abortion, and terrify women into believing pro-life Americans want to see them die in hospital parking lots. It’s not just wrong; it’s reckless. No pro-life law restricts the emergency care women need for non-viable pregnancies—and any healthcare provider who withholds it is flat-out incompetent, if not criminal.
Of course, the real goal is to smear anyone who stands up for the unborn. Instead of debating in good faith, leftists dig through private pain and weaponize it in the public square. Women like Rep. Cammack pay the price, not just with lies in the headlines, but with threats to their lives and families. The liberal press won’t lose a wink of sleep over it. After all, outrage is their currency and decency was tossed aside long ago.
If Americans want to be told the truth, it’s time to stop trusting the corporate press and its left-wing puppeteers. They’re not interested in protecting women—they’re interested in protecting their narrative, no matter how many facts they have to trample along the way. How much lower will the left go to prop up the abortion lobby? At this rate, there’s no telling where they’ll draw the line—if they even have one.
