She wants to confuse a simple matter: whether someone physically enters the United States or not. The other justices get it. Jackson, on the other hand, seems more concerned with pleasing liberal activists than upholding the law.

This is exactly what we’ll see more of if the radical left gets its way with court-packing. Imagine a bench stacked with activist judges who care more about feelings than facts, more about “progress” than sovereignty, and more about rewriting the rules than making sure justice is served.
