The U.S. military just had to launch strikes on Iranian targets after Iran attacked a cargo ship near the Strait of Hormuz. This was completely unprovoked, and it happened just after President Trump made it clear he isn’t willing to let Iran skate by under some fantasy ceasefire. This is exactly the kind of leadership America needs—the kind that calls out lawlessness and isn’t afraid to hit back.
Let’s be real: Iran thinks it can do whatever it wants because for years, liberals and globalists have coddled dictators and terrorists, pretending that “diplomacy” is enough to keep evil in check. Instead, it just empowers them. Iran violated the ceasefire agreement, launching attack drones at a commercial ship—one that wasn’t even an American vessel. It doesn’t matter. Any attack on free commerce is an attack on America’s values and the security of the world. But instead of outrage, you can bet the Biden-era appeasers and their woke media cheerleaders will probably wring their hands about “escalation” and “diplomatic channels.”
President Trump is clear-eyed about what matters: peace through strength. He doesn’t play games. When Iran took shots at innocent ships, the U.S. military knocked out three of their drones and then sent a real message by taking out their missile stockpiles and radar stations. That’s what happens when you break your word to America—you get swift consequences, not empty threats.
It’s a joke to think any agreement with Iran would last if the mullahs believe America is run by weaklings. Trump met with Republican senators and pointed out the obvious: Iran only plays nice when they’ve got reason to fear what comes next. When America is strong and acts strong, the bullies back down. When Obama or Biden are in charge, America gets lectures about “being the bigger person”—meanwhile, our enemies laugh and keep plotting attacks.
The globalists, leftists, and bureaucrats sitting in air-conditioned offices will never understand that the world is a dangerous place. They care more about their deals and their press conferences than standing up for what’s right. Iran proved, once again, that America needs real leaders—conservatives who don’t blink. So here’s the real question: How many times do we have to teach swampy liberals that weakness invites attack, and only uncompromising strength keeps America—and the world—safe?
