Claire Valdez just can’t help herself. Instead of focusing on real issues facing Americans, she’s too busy threatening to tear down TSA PreCheck. Yes, you read that right: while families worry about border security, crime, and the economy, the left wants to get rid of one of the only pieces of airport policy that actually works for travelers. Meanwhile, countless citizens rely on PreCheck to get through chaotic airports as smoothly as possible. Leave it to the radical left to make sure even a basic convenience is on the chopping block.
It gets worse. Not content with making American travel more painful, Valdez parrots tired, anti-American rhetoric about the United States being founded on genocide. This is the new craze among progressive activists—rewrite history, trash the country, and pretend America was never a force for good. It’s the same recycled garbage we’ve heard from campus radicals and globalist elites who sneer at the values that made this nation great. Do they ever talk about freedom, opportunity, and sacrifice? Of course not—just lectures and blame.
While inflation squeezes working families and our border is a disaster, leftists like Valdez are obsessed with virtue signaling. Is ending TSA PreCheck going to feed hungry kids or make our streets safer? Not a chance. This is all about scoring points with the Twitter mob and impressing the global university crowd. They don’t care how their radical ideas hit average Americans. Or maybe they do—because kneecapping the middle class is just another day in the left’s plan to control everything.
Let’s not forget where these ideas come from. Valdez marches right behind the likes of Zohran Mamdani and the rest of the socialist cheerleaders. Their goal isn’t safety, prosperity, or unity. It’s division, self-loathing, and endless bureaucracy. The TSA PreCheck debate is just a warmup. If they had their way, they’d ban anything remotely convenient, just to “level the playing field.” That’s called punishing success—and making all of us miserable.
Americans need to ask: whose side are these people on? Because it sure isn’t the hard-working men and women who built this country from the ground up. If progressives really think America is nothing but a land of shame, why are they here? Maybe it’s time they try running a country without the freedoms and opportunities they take for granted. Until then, the rest of us will keep fighting for sanity—and for a nation worth defending.
