Utah’s justice system just sent a loud and clear message: murder an American patriot, and you could pay the highest price. Finally, some backbone. The judge in the case against Tyler Robinson—the man charged with shooting Charlie Kirk on a college campus—refused to take the death penalty off the table. No amount of legal games or liberal hand-wringing can protect the accused from real consequences this time.
Of course, that didn’t stop the left from trying. For months, activists and their media lapdogs have been screaming about “fairness,” double standards, and supposed prosecutorial overreach. Apparently, their real concern isn’t about protecting innocent life or the rule of law—it’s saving one of their own from facing punishment for a brutal crime. When conservatives are the victims, it’s always open season.
In this circus, even the prosecutor couldn’t keep things clean. The judge slapped them with contempt for blabbing to the press, violating a gag order. Liberals will probably seize on that as proof the whole trial is unfair. What they won’t say? The only real outrage is that conservative voices keep being targeted for violence, and the so-called “elite” try to sweep it under the rug.
Remember, Charlie Kirk wasn’t just any American. He stood up to the left’s cancel culture, shouted down globalist schemes, and fought for traditional values. The attack on him was an attack on every person who refuses to bow to woke mob rule. The left cries crocodile tears about safety—yet, when their side pulls the trigger, they rush to shield the suspect from accountability.
So here we are. The death penalty remains an option in this case, just as it should. Why is it that the only time progressives suddenly care about the death penalty is when one of their pet causes is on trial? Real Americans demand justice—not the endless excuses of soft-on-crime radicals. If the left hates seeing criminals face consequences, maybe they should stop defending the indefensible. How much longer will they protect their own, no matter the cost to real Americans?
