Conservatives thought they were getting a solid win with Amy Coney Barrett. Young, faithful, and supposedly rooted in the Constitution—she was the exact opposite of the activist judges on the bench. Now, after a string of jaw-dropping decisions, it turns out she’s filling Ruth Bader Ginsburg’s seat—but not in the way we hoped. From siding with the radicals on voting laws to undermining the America First agenda, Barrett’s track record is heading off the rails.
Look at this latest mess. The Supreme Court just let Mississippi count mail-in ballots after Election Day, as long as they’re postmarked on time. That opens the door for chaos and, yes, fraud. The standard has always been clear: elections happen on Election Day, period. Barrett, joining Chief Justice Roberts and the liberal pack, gave the green light to this erosion of election integrity. Americans are just supposed to believe ballots pouring in days late are perfectly legal? It smells like more of the left’s ongoing scheme to water down every rule that protects our vote.
But Barrett’s betrayal doesn’t stop there. She already stabbed the Trump administration in the back when the Court forced nearly $2 billion out the door for globalist aid schemes—money President Trump tried to put back in the pockets of hardworking Americans. Instead, Barrett and the usual suspects on the bench propped up the same out-of-control bureaucracy conservatives have been fighting for years. No backbone, no loyalty to America First—just more cash for the global crowd.
Then there’s the lawfare against Trump. When the legal vultures went after him with phony charges in New York, Barrett sided with Roberts and the left to make sure the president-elect would face his day in court before Inauguration Day. So much for standing up to political hit jobs. Barrett was put on the bench to defend the Constitution, not to give cover to weaponized prosecutors fixated on gunning for conservatives.
Don’t forget immigration, either. Even on deporting illegal aliens, Barrett leaned left, threatening America’s right to control its own borders. She sided with the liberals every chance she got—that’s a pattern, not a mistake.
This isn’t just a disappointment. It’s a flat-out betrayal by someone who was supposed to be the antidote to left-wing judicial activism. If Americans can’t manage to mail their ballots in time for Election Day, too bad. The rules matter. When so-called conservatives on the Supreme Court start acting like Democrats in robes, who’s left to protect the Constitution? Maybe it’s time for some real accountability on the highest court in the land.
