Fetterman turns on his own party as Democrats ignite a constitutional crisis and ignore the Supreme Court

When even John Fetterman is warning that his own party is fueling a constitutional crisis, you know things have gotten completely out of hand. Fetterman, a Democrat, isn’t buying the wild lies that President Trump is the supposed threat to the Constitution. Instead, he’s got the guts to point the finger exactly where it belongs: straight at the radical left, and especially at politicians like Zohran Mamdani, who now want to flat-out ignore Supreme Court decisions.

Let’s make something clear: We live in a country where the law matters, or at least, we used to. Democrats screamed about constitutional crises for years, shouting on cable news about “democracy dying” whenever they didn’t get their way. But now, when a leftist like Mamdani stands up in New York and says his city will just disregard a Supreme Court ruling on temporary protected status for migrants from Haiti and Syria, the left falls suspiciously silent. Suddenly, upholding the law isn’t so important to them. Apparently, rules only matter when they help the radical agenda.

This isn’t a minor technicality or a difference of opinion—this is a direct attack on the rule of law. The Supreme Court made its ruling clear, and under the Supremacy Clause, states and cities don’t get to pick and choose which federal laws they follow just because it feels good on Twitter. Mamdani isn’t some hero of compassion; he’s grandstanding, promising to be above the law and putting his own political ambitions, globalist fantasies, and open-borders dreams ahead of American security and sovereignty.

For years, Democrats trashed Trump and Republicans for supposedly undermining democracy, all while covering for their own lawless mayors and activists. Now, with sanctuary city leaders outright refusing to obey the highest court in the land, where are all the breathless headlines and primetime lectures? Crickets. Their hypocrisy is deafening. The truth is, the radical left has never cared about the Constitution—they just use it as a weapon when it suits them, and trash it when it stands in their way.

And this is why Fetterman himself is now a target in his own party—he actually believes in following the law. The radical activists want him gone, just like they want anyone gone who dares challenge their lawless, anti-American crusade. The left’s double standard is out of control, and Americans ought to be asking: how can anyone trust the Democrats, when they can’t even stand by the Constitution they swore to uphold?
