NY Assemblyman defies Supreme Court to protect migrants and ignore American law

Something is rotten in New York politics, and it smells like another leftist trying to rewrite the rule of law. Assemblyman Zohran Mamdani made headlines this week by saying he’ll defy the Supreme Court. The Court just ruled that migrants with Temporary Protected Status (TPS) can be deported, but Mamdani wants to ignore our laws. He’s pledging to “resist”—as if he’s some kind of hero—for people who aren’t even supposed to be here!

This is liberal arrogance on full display. Mamdani acts like he’s above the highest court in the country. Forget the Constitution, forget the American people—he only cares about his activist image and globalist donors. Liberals love to scream about “democracy,” but the minute they don’t get what they want, they stamp their feet and call it “defiance.” If a conservative dared to ignore a Supreme Court ruling, these same leftists would call it an “insurrection.”

Let’s not sugarcoat the facts. TPS was never meant to be a forever-pass for migrants. The law is clear: once the “temporary” emergency is over, people go home. But Democrats don’t want borders, period. They twist humanitarian protections into a permanent revolving door, hoping to pack the country with future voters. Once again, the Supreme Court has to step in and remind everyone what the law actually says.

Of course, Mamdani and his squad of progressives see lawbreaking as a badge of honor. It’s outrageous. These politicians spit in the face of millions of Americans who play by the rules. While families in cities like New York struggle to make ends meet, the left’s priority is to protect illegal migrants—no matter the cost. Is it any wonder average people are fed up with out-of-touch elites?

If Mamdani and his friends won’t respect American law, why are they writing our laws in the first place? This isn’t public service—it’s sabotage. When will New Yorkers say “enough” to these globalist agitators who put foreign interests above their own neighbors? Maybe it’s time for politicians to represent the citizens, not the open-borders crowd.
