Supreme Court Lets Media Off the Hook Conservatives Have No Chance

The Supreme Court just handed down a decision that spells trouble for anyone hoping to see mainstream media held accountable for their lies. The case involved Alan Dershowitz, a famous law professor and outspoken public figure, who was smeared by reporters. Even with his big name and long career, he couldn’t get justice at the highest court in the land. If someone as powerful as Dershowitz can’t win, what chance does the average conservative have?

Justice Clarence Thomas seems to be the only one awake enough to see the real problem: the media can defame anyone they want and get away with it. The laws are set up to protect corrupt journalists and globalist mouthpieces, not everyday Americans who just want the truth. Thomas knows that the rules need to change, because right now, the deck is stacked against the people who actually care about freedom and honesty.

Liberals love to talk about “free speech,” but when they control the media, that just means freedom to attack anyone they disagree with. They can ruin careers, destroy reputations, and never have to answer for their lies. It’s classic left-wing hypocrisy: cry about “protecting democracy” while silencing voices they hate and running hit pieces on anyone who gets in their way.

The old guard media thinks they should be above the law. They hide behind legal loopholes and activist court decisions from decades ago. These protections were supposed to guard free expression, but now they’re just used to shield sloppy reporting and open bias. Ordinary citizens and conservatives are left out in the cold, powerless to hold the press accountable for blatant character assassination.

The Supreme Court ducks the real issue, while conservative champions like Justice Thomas keep banging the drum for actual justice. When will our leaders finally stand up to the corrupt media machine? Or will the left keep getting a free pass to destroy American lives with nothing but lies and headlines?
