Across this country, church and city bells will ring out for freedom. The left hates loud, proud patriotism, but there’s something about the sound of bells that leaves no room for apologies or shame about our past.
It all goes back to our very founding. When the Declaration of Independence was first read, Americans didn’t whisper in the dark. They rang out their freedom for all to hear. This wasn’t just empty symbolism. It meant everything. On our 200th, we even accepted a bell from the British themselves—maybe as a peace offering from the very empire we threw off! Each time, it’s not just the chimes that echo. It’s the reminder that we don’t owe our freedom to government handouts or foreign approval. We ring our bells because freedom was fought for and won—with guts, faith, and the courage liberals so often ridicule.
This weekend, at 2:50 Eastern Time, bells will ring across the land once again. Churches, city halls, and schools—places under attack by cancel culture—will stand tall and proud. Every citizen can join in. The America250 Commission even put out a guide so everyone, no matter what the woke mobs say, can take part. That’s right—while radical activists try to erase our history and silence tradition, Americans are bringing it back, louder than ever.
Liberals may want to rewrite the story and globalists may beg us to “move on.” But the truth is, nothing terrifies them more than a nation united. They can burn flags and try to shame you for loving your country. But come Saturday, these bells will make it clear: the soul of America won’t be shut down. Let freedom ring—because if we don’t fight for it, who will?
