The Supreme Court just handed American sovereignty another bruising, all in the name of “fairness.” In a 5-4 decision, the justices shot down President Trump’s common-sense push to restore sanity to America’s broken birthright citizenship policy. Apparently, according to the liberal wing of the court — and a handful of so-called “conservatives” who caved under pressure — the United States is still the world’s doormat. Anyone who steps a toe across our border and has a baby earns the biggest reward of all: full American citizenship. It’s the welcome mat globalists and open-borders fanatics have been dreaming of for years.
Let’s call this what it is: an invitation for every foreigner, illegal migrant, and tourist with an agenda to come here, have a child, and instantly anchor themselves inside our country. It spits in the face of hard-working Americans who actually respect our laws and values. Democrats and their activist lawyers love this system, because it props up their voting base and keeps government handouts flowing. They’ll gladly sell out our future if it means another ballot for their side.
President Trump tried to draw a line in the sand. His executive order was a shot of courage and common sense, a message to the world that American citizenship means something. But the activist judges in Washington think their feelings matter more than the future of our country. Instead of protecting our borders, they reward lawbreakers and punish those who play by the rules.
The damage from this kind of ruling goes way beyond one Supreme Court case. It’s yet another sign that elites in black robes have thrown common sense out the window. They don’t care about national security. They don’t care about controlling immigration. They only care about keeping the flow of cheap labor and future voters running at full speed. Frankly, they spit in the eye of every single American who believes in borders, laws, and the basic idea of putting our country first.
Is the Supreme Court now just another puppet for open-borders radicals and anti-American globalists? Because, after today, it sure looks like it. The American people wanted real reform. They got a slap in the face. How long are patriots supposed to just take it?
