Supreme Court Sides With Illegals Again and American Citizenship Is Now Up for Grabs

The Supreme Court just handed open-borders zealots another gift on a silver platter, and it’s something every hard-working American should be furious about. In a razor-thin 5-4 vote, the justices threw out President Trump’s executive order that tried to end birthright citizenship for children born to illegal aliens and those just passing through. That’s right – the highest court in the land sided with liberal activists and globalists, turning the Fourteenth Amendment into a magnet for thousands of people looking to game our system.

Let’s be clear: The Founders never intended for American citizenship to be handed out like party favors to anyone who sneaks over the border or flies in for a quick “birth tourism” vacation. Americans want their laws respected. Yet the Court’s majority, cheered on by open-borders Democrats and their corporate pals who thrive on cheap labor, decided the will of the people doesn’t matter. Apparently, upholding American sovereignty is now controversial with our supposedly “impartial” judiciary.

While President Trump did what any real leader should – standing up for the country, protecting our borders, and actually reading the Constitution like an American, not a globalist bureaucrat – the usual leftist cabal complained about “fairness” and “rights.” But since when does fairness mean that the children of foreign lawbreakers are automatically entitled to the same privileges as the child of an American citizen? Apparently, to coastal elites, illegal entry and instant citizenship go hand-in-hand.

What happened today is another reminder that the swamp runs deep, even in the Supreme Court. Liberal judges and their so-called “moderate” friends keep bending over backward to reward people who disrespect our laws. Meanwhile, regular citizens are left to foot the bill for more crowded schools, overburdened hospitals, and communities struggling to keep up with illegal immigration’s never-ending costs.

Will Americans keep letting unelected elites decide who gets to be a citizen? Or have we finally had enough of this anti-American nonsense coming from the bench? The fight for our borders – for our country – is far from over.
