California drivers can’t catch a break. Just when gas prices are already sky-high, the state has the nerve to slap on another gas tax hike. Starting this July, everyone behind the wheel will pay even more—because in California, the government never met a tax it didn’t like.
Who keeps voting for this madness? Liberals in Sacramento, that’s who. While everyday families struggle to make ends meet, leftist bureaucrats raise taxes—then act shocked when Californians flee to other states. Heaven forbid you want to visit grandma or make it to school without emptying your wallet at the pump.
They’ll tell you this is about “fixing the roads,” but roads still fall apart. Potholes breed faster than bureaucrats. The extra millions sucked from honest workers’ pockets get eaten by bloated government and pet projects that never seem to finish. This isn’t about infrastructure—this is about power.
Let’s be honest: California’s leaders want you out of your car. They bow to global green groups and stick it to hardworking Americans in the name of their climate crusade. Who suffers? Not the politicians—just regular folks trying to commute, haul groceries, or run a small business.
Why are Californians punished for simply driving to work? Why do liberals punish the American dream? Maybe the real question is: When will people finally wake up and put a stop to this gas-guzzling nonsense cooked up by out-of-touch elites?
