You Won’t Believe Why the Left Is Melting Down Over a Bald Eagle at the White House

It’s almost funny at this point—almost. The hard-left blue checkmarks are at it again, running their tired playbook and wailing like the sky is falling because the White House put up a golden bald eagle to celebrate America’s 250th. Their meltdown would be laughable if it wasn’t so embarrassingly predictable.

Apparently, everything President Trump touches instantly reminds progressives of 1930s Germany. The man could tie his shoes in the Oval Office and the left would see secret symbols everywhere. They see dark motives behind the most basic displays of American pride, whining about “dog whistles” and searching for villains where there are none. In the world of leftist pundits and their fellow travelers on social media, no patriotic gesture is just that—it’s always something sinister.

It never changes. Remember when Trump first walked into the White House? These same folks screamed about how every flag pin, every salute, and every eagle was some kind of coded message to the “far right.” If you called out their hysteria, you risked being kicked off social platforms by their friends in Silicon Valley. Meanwhile, real debate was buried under an avalanche of identity politics and paranoid fantasies. No wonder most Americans have tuned them out.

Ten years into this nonsense, and the left still can’t come up with anything new. They’re stuck on repeat, dragging out the same wild comparisons, desperately trying to make everything about Trump into the next big catastrophe. It’s worse than another boring Hollywood reboot—at least those sometimes have new actors.

This country was built on bold ideas and real patriotism, not bogus conspiracy theories cooked up by bored liberal pundits. America is about to celebrate 250 years of independence, but the same old progressive outrage machine can’t even let us enjoy an eagle statue without clutching their pearls. Maybe it’s time for the left to try a new gimmick—or, better yet, try listening to what America actually wants. Isn’t it time to drop the act and just let us celebrate our country’s greatness?
