Liberals claim to care about protecting children, but their actions prove otherwise. Just look at what Minnesota Governor Tim Walz has done. Instead of defending the most innocent among us, he’s put a convicted criminal illegal immigrant back on the streets after this monster sexually assaulted a 10-year-old girl. You’d expect outrage from everyone in power. Instead, the Democrat establishment just shrugs and keeps fighting for more open borders and so-called “compassion.”
Even the Department of Homeland Security, usually busy towing the party line, can’t ignore this disaster. When DHS publicly calls out a Democrat for going too far, you know things have gone off the rails. Walz actually chose to side with a violent criminal rather than stand up for American families. It’s a slap in the face to every law-abiding citizen who follows the rules.
What message does this send to criminals and illegals everywhere? Apparently, if you cross the border and break the law in a blue state, you’ve got a friend in the governor’s mansion. Meanwhile, the safety of children is tossed aside so politicians can virtue signal about “fairness” and “inclusion.” It’s the same tired excuses from the left—words that mean nothing while predators are set free.
There’s no excuse for these actions. Pardoning someone who preyed on a little girl isn’t just “progressive policy gone wrong.” It’s dangerous. It’s reckless. And it proves how out of touch the Democrats have become. Their priorities are clear: globalist activism and catering to criminals, not keeping American kids safe.
How many more families need to be destroyed before these liberal leaders wake up? Or have they just decided that the rest of us don’t matter anymore?
