Washington State Democrats Blame Israel for Rising Antisemitism and Let Extremists Off the Hook

It’s hard to believe how far Democrats in Washington State will go to twist the truth. After a year where we’ve watched antisemitism skyrocket—from college campuses in the U.S. to heinous attacks on Jewish people celebrating Hanukkah in Australia—who do these radical leftists decide to blame? Not Hamas, not Islamic extremists, not their own base spewing hate. No, they say it’s all Israel’s fault.

This isn’t just dishonest—it’s dangerous. When leftists push lies about Israel committing genocide in Gaza, they’re spreading the very poison that fuels today’s Jew-hatred. Their political platform actually argues that antisemitism is going up because of what the Israeli government does. Who else but a blinded ideologue blames the victim while protecting the thugs and terrorists causing the real violence?

And it doesn’t stop there. Instead of condemning the actual threats facing Jews in America, these Democrats are busy lecturing about “mass casualties” and so-called starvation in Gaza, painting a picture where only Israel is at fault and Palestinians are always the victims. Funny how the globalist, anti-American crowd never mentions the terrorist rockets, kidnappings, or the years of attacks on innocent Israeli civilians. Are leftists so obsessed with victimhood politics that they’ve lost all sense of reality?

Let’s not ignore the ugly truth: their so-called “platform” doesn’t just attack Israeli policy. It denounces Zionism—a movement that simply supports Jews having their own country. According to these progressives, Zionism is now a form of “supremacy” and “colonialism.” They smear millions of Jews with these buzzwords while shielding Islamist hate and excusing the mobs protesting against Jews in our streets.

Democrats want the world to believe they’re against racism, but their policies feed the oldest hatred on earth. Year after year, they spread lies about Israel, then act shocked when their words turn to violence at home. Who’s really stoking antisemitism—the people defending the only democracy in the Middle East, or the ones protecting extremist radicals and rewriting history?

If Democrats are so determined to tell us who they really are, maybe it’s time we finally listen.
