Ford EV sales crash 40 percent as Americans reject electric car agenda pushed by politicians

The electric car dream—you know, the one the left keeps forcing down America’s throat—just slammed into a brick wall. Ford, a company rooted deep in American tradition, is now facing a brutal 40 percent drop in electric vehicle sales. That’s not a hiccup. That’s a flat-out disaster for the “EV revolution” that politicians and activists keep telling us we’re supposed to want.

Remember how electric cars were first introduced? Back then, they were cool toys for the rich or eco-obsessed. Teslas turned up like futuristic gadgets. They looked nice. They went fast. But then, as usual, the left ruined it for everyone. Liberals in power can never stand letting Americans make their own choices. They had to swoop in and try to rip away any other option, with mandates and threats meant to shove gas-powered cars off the roads—whether you liked it or not.

Now the people are fighting back the only way that matters—with their wallets. If these electric vehicles were really so popular, Ford wouldn’t be watching their EV sales plummet. Ordinary Americans aren’t buying into this fantasy. Why? Because everyday folks have better sense than out-of-touch bureaucrats in Washington or elite globalists who fantasize about controlling how you drive, where you live, and what you can own.

This whole green scheme was never about helping you. It’s about control. They want you to give up your car—your freedom—and bow down to their so-called progressive ideas. We heard all about how Americans would embrace these battery-powered cars if only the government pushed hard enough. Well, guess what? Americans just aren’t interested in being bullied into driving something they don’t want, can’t afford, or can’t charge on a road trip. That’s the real story—one the left desperately wishes you wouldn’t notice.

If dropping sales like these don’t wake up politicians in D.C., maybe nothing will. How much longer are we supposed to put up with failed experiments cooked up by clueless liberals who think they know better than the rest of us? Maybe it’s time to let the free market—not government mandates—decide what Americans drive. Or is that too much freedom for these so-called progressives to handle?
