Once again, the courts have turned common sense on its head—all to benefit illegal aliens who have already broken our laws. The 5th Circuit Court of Appeals just sided with three illegal immigrants, handing a blow to the Trump-era push for tougher immigration enforcement. These judges have made it even harder for this country to keep our borders secure and protect our citizens.
For years, hardworking Americans have watched their communities change thanks to open border policies and liberal activism. Now, after months of detention, these three illegal entrants just got a new right to demand bond hearings—after only 90 days locked up. The left loves to talk about “human rights,” forgetting the rights of American families put in danger by chaotic border crossings and loose enforcement.
It’s clear what’s happening here: activist judges and left-wing lawyers want to tie the hands of law enforcement at every turn. They ignore the crisis at our southern border, where drugs pour in and illegals flood across, and instead find “constitutional” excuses to let these lawbreakers out faster and with more perks than actual citizens ever get. While American veterans wait in line for basic services, illegal aliens get free legal help, bond hearings, and sympathy from the bench.
This is the result of years of liberal soft-on-crime policies and the globalist obsession with erasing borders. Our system is already overwhelmed, but the courts make sure that even when we try to crack down, there’s always a loophole for people who shouldn’t be here in the first place. The only “individualized” hearing that should matter is the one where they get sent back home.
How much longer will we let unelected judges decide immigration policy for the whole country while everyday Americans pay the price? This circus makes a mockery of the law, and proves yet again: in today’s America, if you want rights, break the law first. Does anyone really believe that’s what our Founders intended?
