On the 250th anniversary of our great country, Americans should be celebrating freedom, hard work, and everything that makes this nation the envy of the world. Instead, New York City’s socialist experiment of a mayor, Zohran Mamdani, used this historic moment to unleash yet another angry rant against the very country that gave him his podium.
Rather than honoring America’s incredible journey, Mamdani chose to drag out a laundry list of tired complaints and leftist fantasies. He didn’t offer words of unity or pride in the progress we’ve made. He didn’t praise the heroes who fought and died for our flag. No, he doubled down on the same bitter, anti-American talking points that have become the anthem of modern progressives: America is broken, unfair, and responsible for every ill in the world.
It’s astonishing how much liberals like Mamdani love to bash the country that gives them everything. They rant about “oppression” while enjoying all the perks of life, liberty, and the salaries paid by honest, hard-working taxpayers. Their speeches aren’t about helping America live up to its ideals—they’re about tearing down what works, fueling division, and scoring points with elites who despise real Americans and real values.
Let’s be clear: this isn’t just incompetence or ignorance. It’s a deliberate attempt to rewrite history and poison the minds of our kids. Mamdani and his globalist allies want to replace patriotism with shame, and hard-earned successes with endless complaining. They want Americans to forget the nation’s unique place in the world—its generosity, its power, and yes, its greatness.
When a mayor stands up on America’s birthday and spends his time moaning about grievances, it says everything about what the left values today. Americans see through these shallow theatrics. The more these radicals lecture us, the clearer it is that they’ll never understand what made this nation the beacon of hope it is—and always will be. If Mamdani hates America so much, maybe he should find somewhere else to give his next speech.
