Liberals, with their never-ending parade of apologies for America, can’t erase that legacy, no matter how hard their college professors try.
It’s striking, isn’t it, how today’s self-proclaimed “visionaries” want to tear down statues and rewrite history books, hoping we’ll forget what true patriotism looks like? All while ignoring the fact that those 56 men set off a ripple effect that changed the entire world. The United States became the shining city on a hill, a symbol of hope and determination—and for who? For everyone oppressed by tyrants, bureaucrats, and busybodies everywhere.
Yet, as America celebrates its 250th birthday, there’s no shortage of voices eager to downplay the meaning of our founding. You’ll see the left fawning over failed socialist regimes and sneer at the very idea of American exceptionalism. They despise the word “freedom” unless it’s their twisted version—freedom to silence, censor, tax, and control. What would those original revolutionaries say if they saw these petty bureaucrats choking the spirit of this land?
The truth is simple. America is special because bold men and women stood up, defied the odds, and trusted in a higher power. Liberals want us to forget that. They want us to be ashamed, to kneel, to conform. But this nation was built by people who refused to bow. As the country turns 250, one question hangs in the air: will we live up to the legacy of courage, or will we let the cowards rewrite our future?
