Supreme Court just killed US citizenship and Democrats are cheering

The Supreme Court just sold out America—again. Their recent ruling on birthright citizenship in Trump v. Barbara wasn’t just a misstep. It was a full-on betrayal of common sense and the nation’s sovereignty. Thanks to a liberal majority drunk on their own moral grandstanding, they’re forcing the United States to hand out citizenship to nearly every baby born here—even if their parents broke our laws to get across the border in the first place. What’s the point of having borders at all?

This year marks the big “America 250” celebration—a milestone to honor everything that makes this country strong and free. Yet instead of upholding what it means to be American, the highest court undermined citizenship, making it practically meaningless. Liberals want to pretend that rewriting the rules of citizenship is “inclusive.” In reality, it’s a gift to globalist interests and illegal immigration advocates who care more about open borders than about the people who built this country.

Let’s be real: The Supreme Court got it wrong, legally and morally. The Fourteenth Amendment never meant for citizenship to be a giveaway. But facts don’t matter to the left when there’s a chance to score political points and import new voters. They always play fast and loose with the Constitution, twisting it to suit their needs. Once again, Americans are forced to watch unelected judges bulldoze over the will of the people.

But all is not lost. Congress still has tools to fight back. The Founders never intended for our nation’s citizenship to be cheapened by judicial activists. Legislators can act to prevent this madness—even overturning a reckless court decision if they have the political backbone. That’s how our government is supposed to work, but it’ll take bold leadership and real courage—qualities in short supply among Democrats these days.

How much more are Americans willing to take before demanding leaders who put America first? The future of our country hangs in the balance. Is American citizenship a sacred honor, or just another handout for the world to take? The battle lines are clear. The question is whether anyone in Washington has what it takes to fight.
