The left loves to scoff when conservatives warn about socialism creeping into America. But now, even the socialists can’t hide it. Over the July 4 weekend – yes, Independence Day of all days – the Democratic Socialists of America bragged about reaching 120,000 members. That’s not just another fringe group, that’s the biggest socialist mob this nation has ever seen. They just smashed a record that stood since 1912, back when Eugene Debs was trying to drag the country into his utopian nightmare.
While average Americans were celebrating freedom, the DSA was busy celebrating bigger numbers. That’s not just tone-deaf, it’s a slap in the face. The left keeps telling us not to worry about socialism, that it’s just a scare tactic from conservatives. Well, the joke’s on them—because the DSA is openly plotting to change America into something unrecognizable.
Why are the socialists gaining steam? Maybe it’s because Democrats keep pandering to every radical idea under the sun. Maybe it’s because our schools have stopped teaching real history and started worshiping Marx instead. Or maybe it’s because weak politicians from both parties are too busy playing to the globalists to actually defend our values.
President Trump warned that the communists were on the move. Now, the DSA just proved him right. This isn’t some conspiracy theory. It’s happening right in front of us. While elites shake hands in Washington cocktail lounges, the far-left is organizing, growing, and planning to take over.
How long before their “movement” comes for the freedoms the rest of us cherish? If we keep letting this socialist surge go unchecked, we may wake up to an America we don’t recognize—one with no backbone and no liberty. Maybe that’s what the left has wanted all along. Will anybody have the guts to stop them before it’s too late?
