The world just watched as a mob in Tehran openly threatened the life of a former American president. At a sprawling funeral gathering for Iran’s so-called Supreme Leader, there was no pretense of civility or diplomacy. Angry crowds and official speakers alike whipped up hate, calling for the murder of Donald Trump and Israel’s Benjamin Netanyahu. That’s the Iran our weak-kneed politicians want to bargain with.
If this doesn’t wake up the American people, what will? While the left wrings its hands about “mean tweets” and invents new crimes against patriots, an unhinged regime is inciting bloodlust against U.S. leaders. Yet you won’t hear a word about it from mainstream media puppets or D.C. bureaucrats. They’re too busy bending over backwards for radical regimes and denouncing anyone who’d dare put America first.
This is what appeasement looks like. For years, liberals and globalists swore up and down that Iran could be trusted if we just handed them enough cash or caved on sanctions. They called President Trump reckless for taking a stand. Now Iran’s leadership is gone, but the hate festers, and even in death, these tyrants inspire crowds to chant for violence against Americans.
How many more American leaders need to become targets before our own government steps up? Instead of blasting Iran for its barbarity, our so-called leaders stay silent—or worse, they keep pushing failed “deals” and roll out the red carpet for terror sponsors. It’s pure hypocrisy. The Biden crowd claims to fight hate at home but ignores it when it comes straight from the mouths of America’s enemies.
Enough is enough. The question now isn’t what Iran will do—it’s whether anyone in Washington has the guts to stand up to them. Or will our so-called leaders keep selling us out for another photo op and a pat on the back from the global elites?
