Every time a conservative steps into a cable news studio, they know what’s coming. But there’s one question that really shows just how broken and biased the liberal media has become. It’s the one that’s always meant to trap and smear: Does Israel have the right to exist?
The fact that this is even up for debate on American television should tell you everything you need to know about the direction the left wants to take this country. Israel—the only stable democracy in the most unstable region on earth. Our greatest ally in a world full of hostile regimes. Yet liberal pundits treat the simple notion of Israel’s right to exist as some kind of dangerous idea. All while ignoring decades of attacks—rockets, terror, and mass murder—from Israel’s enemies.
These self-righteous leftists pretend to care about human rights, but then they turn around and question the very legitimacy of an entire nation. Ask them if France has the right to exist. Ask them if Egypt does. Ask them if Canada does. You won’t hear a peep. But singling out Israel? That’s perfectly fine, apparently. It’s the kind of gutless hypocrisy that’s become natural for today’s so-called reporters and their globalist backers.
You can watch the temperature in the room change the minute a conservative won’t fall into their trap. Say the truth—say that Israel is a sovereign nation, with the same basic right as any other to live in peace—and suddenly the host’s face tightens. The conversation flips. Suddenly, “tolerance” vanishes, masks drop, and the panel goes on attack mode. They’d rather defend the “feelings” of terrorists and dictators than admit Israel’s right to defend itself.
The American left loves to preach about diversity and democracy, until it comes to the only Jewish state. Then the standards switch. It’s not that they question every country’s existence—just the one that stands strong with America, with Western values, against the same radical ideologies that threaten us all. Shame on every network and anchor who pretends to play both sides, while signaling they’d rather appease Israel’s enemies than support liberty and justice.
Let’s be clear: there is no moral gray area on this issue. Either you support democracy and freedom—or you side with the mob that wants to erase any country that dares to defend them. Do the liberals want to think real hard before answering, or do they just want to admit their real loyalties?
