Something disgusting has happened in Washington, but it’s not even surprising anymore. A House Democrat is shrugging off concerns about antisemitism, waving it away with a lazy stereotype that claims all Jews are somehow wealthy and, therefore, immune to hate. This isn’t just ignorant—it’s dangerous.
The modern Left spends all day pretending to care about hate and bigotry, but when antisemitism comes up, suddenly they can’t be bothered. One of their own, Rep. Becca Balint, blew the whistle: a fellow Democrat flat-out dismissed Jewish concerns, essentially saying they have nothing to fear because of their bank accounts. Imagine if any conservative tried to brush off the concerns of another minority group with such an out-of-touch claim. The media would be howling for resignations and cancellation.
Liberals scream about “equity” and “inclusion,” but when it comes to Jews—especially if they’re not fitting the liberal victim narrative—their suffering is written off. This thinking is twisted, and it proves what conservatives have long said: the so-called party of tolerance only protects the groups that serve its agenda. If you’re Jewish and don’t fit the Left’s favorite labels, you’re thrown under the bus in favor of globalist power games and woke point scoring.
Antisemitism is real and growing, thanks to the open borders, anti-Israel rhetoric, and weak leadership now rotting America from the inside out. The Left would rather play identity politics than actually deal with real hate, especially when it comes from their own ranks or their activist base. Families worry about safety, synagogues need extra security, yet Democrats are too busy pushing stereotypes to care.
This is the real face of liberal “compassion.” Don’t be fooled. The Left only fights hate when it’s useful to them. When will Americans wake up to this scam? Maybe when the outrage mobs are coming for your community next.
