Donald Trump never backs down from a fight, and now he’s taking aim at one of the most destructive mistakes in American law—the so-called “birthright citizenship” disaster. While the left distracts America with their open-border fantasies, Trump sees the truth: granting automatic citizenship to anyone born on U.S. soil, no matter how or why their parents got here, is pure insanity. It’s a magnet for lawbreakers. And it’s time for the Supreme Court to finally set it right.
It’s amazing what the liberal elite will ignore in their pursuit of a borderless, globalist utopia. The Democrat brain trust acts as if our Constitution is just an outdated rulebook that can be twisted for their political gain. These are the same people who claim “no one is above the law”—unless, of course, it’s illegal aliens pouring into the country to give birth, and suddenly, their kids get golden tickets to the American dream. The left calls it compassion. Real Americans call it a scam.
While Trump attends a NATO summit in Turkey and keeps America strong against hostile nations like Iran—who are literally attacking our commercial ships—the courts at home keep sabotaging his hard work. Judges with zero respect for the safety and sovereignty of this country cling to old, boneheaded interpretations and keep America handcuffed. The Supreme Court should do what’s right for the people, not for the foreign interests and reckless ideologues who just want to see America overrun.
What liberals refuse to admit is that birthright citizenship is exploited by people who have no loyalty to this country. It’s a loophole criminals use to game the system. Instead of fixing this, the globalist crowd cheers it on, throwing taxpayer benefits right into the hands of people who broke our laws to get here. Who picks up the tab? Ordinary Americans, who are tired of being told that their safety, their jobs, and their culture don’t matter.
Trump is right to demand the Supreme Court wake up and fix this insanity. It’s time to defend American citizenship for people who actually respect our laws—not reward those who break them. Why should the children of people who disregard our borders get more rights than honest Americans? Only a liberal would call that justice.
